LARCO Properties Management, LLC. is a property management company that offers radon testing, buys ,sells and rents real estate. Owned and operated by Willie Larry White, President.

The company offers a radon testing division. Our radon testing division is headed by Chartara Keller who is certified by the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA). She has been in the radon testing field for over six years performing first hand reliable radon testing. At Larco Properties we use the Radalink digital telemonitor. Chartara has worked with individuals such as buyers, sellers and builders of properties for both personal curiosities as well as for real estate transactions.

Radon is a natural gas that should be taken seriously. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer next to smoking. The only way to know if your property has elevated levels is to test. The take action level set forth by the Environmental Protection Association (EPA) is 4.0 Picocuries/liter or above. Radon is a serious health issue that should be addressed by every home owner.
